ONCE UPON A TIME THERE WAS A WEBSITE

Once upon a time there was an online business with a very attractive website.  The website was user-friendly, and the business provided a valuable product that would make everyone’s life in the land so much easier.  However, the business owner pondered as to how they could spread the word out to all the people in the land.

The business owner gave it a lot of thought, and then decided to take the matter into his own hands.  He began to research, and through his research he learned that he needed to increase traffic to his website.  He researched methods that he could use for free, and those that needed to be paid for.  He learned which websites provided the best information for him, and those which were the most cost effective.  He was confident that he had a product no one else could encompass, or at the very least, could not level in terms of the quality that he offered.  To ensure the content he offered was of higher quality than that of his competitor, he created article content that is useful and beneficial.  He provided visitors information they needed to achieve their goal, solve their problems, perhaps entertain them, or simply to find quality news.

The business owner then learned that one key to getting repeat visits to his website was to present new content.  His rule, then, was to keep it fresh.  He found that it was imperative to provide regular updates, especially in the frequently viewed zones.  Based on what he learned, he found that it is best to keep the content updated every few days.  However, if that was not feasible, then he recommended updating the content on a weekly basis.

Since he hated the thought of writing, he considered outsourcing the writing jobs that were necessary for his website.  He found the cost to outsource articles to be relatively inexpensive.  It also provided more opportunity to get fresh content for his articles through different points of view from different writers.  However, sometimes he considered just sitting down and writing the article himself.  He realized this could be good for him since this would enable him to know more about his product.  He believed that this way he could attain greater insight and wisdom about his business.    He knew exactly what was needed to be said, and could say precisely when it is needed to be said.  Surely, what he said and how he said it could greatly affect the volume of website traffic, not to mention saving a lot of money with the idea of having to writing the articles himself.

Hiring an efficient proof reader was the next thing he thought about, knowing that poor spelling and grammatical errors would negatively reflect the services he provided.  It was simply best to get unwarranted negative judgments and thoughts before publishing the articles online.  He has taken pride in the quality service he has provided, so his articles should well represent that.  He avoided content generators as they were no longer useful.  He found that by encouraging his team to show their creativity, website traffic is further enhanced.  He advised his team to never cut and paste from other websites, since he knew that search engines are very sophisticated and will detect copied material.  This is a form of plagiarism that could lead to his website’s downfall, an easy detour that reaches a dead end.

To further increase traffic to his website, the business owner got linked.  By exchanging links with other websites that were closely related to the subject of his website, it created more traffic to his website.  The business owner found that it was best to only trade links with websites that had similar subjects with his website.  Besides using links, he was creative in coming up with many other ways to produce rush hour traffic to website.

Finally, he thought of increasing search engine optimization (SEO) by focusing on the content of keywords related to his business.  Search engine optimizers have led the people to find his website while using the web.  His website was most effective because he used good search words that flowed naturally within the text.  Brainstorming was one way to get the right keywords, and asking help from people around him who had the interest was another.

Ultimately, he found that the best alternative to remember to do all of these was to come up with a list of all of the ways he could think of to get his web address noticed and clicked on.  Once these were all done, he was sure to provide quality product to all of the people in the land, and to live happily and abundantly ever after.
