Is there a contract?
Absolutely NOT. If you’re not over-the-top thrilled with the level of service you’re getting, then you’re free to cancel at any time.
Is everything confidential?
YES. Your business secrets are kept safe with us, as are any personal details. All of our staff and providers are required to sign a confidentiality agreement extending to any services they provide for you and information obtained as a part of these services.
Can I use my unused credits the next month?
Yes.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my account after I sign up?
Absolutely.
Do you take payments securely? How can I pay?
Absolutely! Our order process is 100% secure and you can pay via credit card, PayPal, wire transfer, or check.
Can I purchase credits a la carte?
Yes. The cost is $8/credit (so it makes more sense to go with a membership). If you want to order the credits though, you may do so here.
Do you have a price list?

How do I give instructions for the tasks I want done?
You will simply click “Submit Ticket” from within our help desk every time you have a task you’d like done. From this system you are able to view all of the tickets you have, check their current status, view how many credits have been added and deducted from your account and which plans and tickets they relate to and also see your current balance.
Does your team speak fluent English?
Yes. Our providers write and speak in excellent fluent English. All articles and written content are proofread by native English speakers.
What if I want something done that isn’t on the task list?
If you are an existing client you are able to send an email to support atburnyourtodolist.com and suggest any new services that you would like to see added. Potential new services are carefully considered and each month are added to a poll that clients can access from the order management system where they can vote on each suggested service so that we can see if there is enough demand for it to be added.
Can I set up a recurring task that gets done every month or every week?
Absolutely. You can place your request as a standard order within our system and in the subject or detail of your request advise how often you would like that task to recur and provide an end date if required. Our new system is capable of handling complex recurring tasks within the one ticket and allows you to log in to the order management system and open the ticket to see the details of each time that the task is repeated.
