CHECKLIST FOR BUILDING TRAFFIC TO YOUR WEBSITE

If you have a website that is not generating the traffic it is supposed to have, then it’s time to change your strategies.  You will want to determine the source of the problem so that you will know what methods have not worked and what have been effectively achieving profit.  Here is a checklist for building traffic to your website:

• Get the website set up.  Once the product is launched, and your business is set up, it would be easier to build your website.
• Generate traffic search engine advertising.  While Google Adwords and Yahoo Overture are extremely popular, they are also expensive.  These two systems are considered the top advertising tools, so it may be money well spent.  You owe it to yourself to do your homework, and use it wisely and conservatively.

• Submit at least four articles a month, then you will be published in other people’s directories, websites, and email newsletters, as well as ezines for free.
